Why Can't I Pair My Wireless Earbuds?

These days it seems like you can't go anywhere without having your earbuds in, mindlessly listening to music, scrolling on TikTok or having to take calls in public. And we know the struggle. The pure annoyance you feel when your bluetooth earbuds are refusing to connect to your device when you need to use it asap. If that's you right now, then take a breather, relax and follow the following steps to fix this minor inconvenience.

 

Connect wireless earbuds to Android

  1. Swipe down the screen to see the notifications
  2. Press and hold the Bluetooth icon in the top row of icons
  3. Scroll through the Bluetooth list and tap the device you want to pair

 

Connect to iPhone

  1. Open Settings > Bluetooth
  2. Make sure the Bluetooth is turned on
  3. iOS automatically will search for nearby devices
  4. Tap the earbuds when the phone locates them

 

How to pair earbuds together

You might be freaking out if you're earbuds aren't pairing with each other. However there is a simple solution to this dilemma. Try placing both earbuds into the charging case for a few seconds, and take them out of the case simultaneously. This should make them automatically pair with each other.

Sometimes the usual tap to pair your wireless earbuds don't work or is acting up. A possible solution for this issue is to reset your earbuds connection. To do this, you have to delete or unpair the earbuds from your phone and re-discover them.
