Shipping Policy
Happytel uses Australia Post for all deliveries. Due to security issues, the parcel cannot be left unattended. Where no one is home to sign for the parcel, a card will be left detailing the nearest Australia Post outlet where the parcel can be collected during normal business hours.
Orders will be dispatched as soon as payment and prescriptions have been processed. Allow normal postage times for delivery.
Happytel does not service international orders and will not post to international addresses.
Happytel will dispatch most orders within ONE business day Monday to Friday assuming all items are in stock. All other orders will be dispatched as quickly as possible thereafter. It may be necessary for some orders to be shipped in more than one box from different distribution centres and therefore you may obtain these parcels at different times.
Current Australian Post situation: Happytel will do its best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible but there may be unforeseeable postage delays. If business are forced to close down due to government lockdown, unfortunately those orders still pending will not be able to be fulfilled, we will cancel any pending orders and issue a refund as soon as possible thereafter.
