Shipping Policy

Happytel uses Australia Post for all deliveries. Due to security issues, the parcel cannot be left unattended. Where no one is home to sign for the parcel, a card will be left detailing the nearest Australia Post outlet where the parcel can be collected during normal business hours.

Orders will be dispatched as soon as payments have been processed. Allow normal postage times for delivery.

Happytel does not service international orders and will not post to international addresses.

Happytel will dispatch most orders within ONE business day Monday to Friday assuming all items are in stock. All other orders will be dispatched as quickly as possible thereafter. It may be necessary for some orders to be shipped in more than one box from different distribution centres and therefore you may obtain these parcels at different times.

Important: Christmas delivery cut off dates:

Allow 1-3 working days from the date we ship your order (depending on where you live in Australia).

Happytel will do its best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible but there may be unforeseeable postage delays. Please allow additional shipping times due to carrier delays.
