Happytel currently offers local pick-up from our headquater in Auburn at 154-156 Adderley St W, Auburn NSW 2144. Unfortunately, this is the only location available for pick-up at this time. We look forward to introduce more pick-up locations for our customers in the future.
How to pick-up your order?
Step 1: Select “Pick-Up” as the delivery method when you checkout
- - Choose your products, click "Add to Cart" and complete the checkout process.
- - Ensure you have selected Pick Up as your delivery method.
- - Unfortunately, 154-156 Adderley St, Auburn NSW 2144 is the only pick up location for Happytel customers at the moment, please do not pick up your items from other Happytel stores.
Step 2: Receive an email from us saying your order is ready for pick-up
- - Once you successfully checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email.
- - When your order becomes available for pick-up, you will get another email or phone notification saying that your order is ready to pick up.
- - After receiving the email, you can pick up your order at your convenience.
- - Please note that our pick up time is only available from 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM on Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
Step 3: Bring your ID and pick up your order
- - Bring a copy of your order confirmation email (print-out and digital versions are both acceptable), as well as an Australian Photo ID. (e.g. Driver's License).
- - Let our front desk staff know you are looking to pick up an order, and we'll take care of the rest.
- - Please tap on the bell if no one is at the front desk when you arrive.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can someone else help me to pick up my order?
Sorry, the person picking up the order must have the ID that matches the name on the order confirmation email.
Can I delay picking up my order?We recommend that you pick it up within five days of it being available. Please let us know if you cannot pick it up within five days.
What if I changed my mind and didn't want it anymore?No problem, contact us via phone or email, and we can cancel the order for you. Please have your order number handy to assist us.
If I can't pick it up, but I still want the product, can I change the order to shipping?Please contact us, and our friendly staff members will be able to sort it out for you rightaway.
