Do you repair Windows laptops from other brands?
No. Our current laptop repair service is limited to selected Apple MacBook and Microsoft Surface Book models.
What repairs are available for Surface Book?
We currently provide screen replacement only. Battery and other hardware repairs are not available for Surface Book.
Can you confirm the repair price before I visit?
Pricing depends on the exact model and type of damage. Contact your nearest participating store or bring the laptop in so our team can confirm availability and provide a quote.
How long will the repair take?
Turnaround time varies by model and part availability. An estimated completion time will be provided after the device has been assessed.
What does the 6-month nationwide warranty cover?
Eligible tablet repairs are covered for six months against faults relating to the replacement part or repair service. The warranty does not cover new physical damage, accidental damage, liquid exposure or unrelated device faults. Terms and conditions apply.
