You can return the product(s) within 28 days of purchasing the product for an exchange or a full refund. Simply bring the product to us with all contents and packaging, tax invoice or proof of purchase, and we will process your exchange or refund.
However, Happytel offers the 14 days’ change of mind exchange policy to give customers a great service experience from Happytel.
If the product is not in a good condition (un-used, packed, no damages or accidents), the offer will not be accepted.

Loan Phone Service
Happytel Send-in-your-phone repair service provides customers with a Loan Phone Service if required.
A service fee of $30 is required. This will be refunded back once the loan phone is returned in its original condition.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to pay the cost of the repair or replacement in the event of damage or theft of the loan phone. The cost will be deducted from the deposit.
Free Part Replacement Offer
• Through the screen repair service, the device needs to be fully diagnosed in perspectives of its function.
• Screen lock passcode needs to be provided or disabled in order for technicians to perform full diagnosis (customers may choose to change the passcode to 00000)
• Free parts replacement offer will be in place when a further faulty issue is confirmed during the full diagnosis process (technicians need to access every function of diagnosis).
• Free parts replacement will be in place when a further faulty issue is confirmed of the following parts – Please note, the free parts replacement is only valid to screen repair customers:
- Front Camera
- Rear Camera
- Charging Port (Dock Connector)
- Battery (if battery health is under <80%) *Battery replacement offer is only valid for iPhone 6, 7, 8 series.
• Customers do not have to provide a screen lock passcode if they do not require the free parts replacement offer is needed on their device.
• The functionality of the device cannot be fully guaranteed if the passcode is not provided.
• $30.00AUD inspection fee may incur if the customer does not wish to proceed with the repair.

Returns for this offer is not redeemable for cash, only for store credit.
Refunds for change of mind are not available on sale and promotional items.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind for the following products: Hydro-e Sanitiser sprays, Protective masks, and Hand sanitizer.
- Applicable refunds or credit notes provided will only reflect the purchase price of the item as displayed on the receipt, rather than the original ticket price.
- If you change your mind, sale or promotional items can be returned for a Happytel credit or exchange. All items including free gifts, must be still in their original packaging and not opened. A credit note will be valid for 6 months, a receipt must be provided to redeem in-store only.
Credit note policy:
Credit notes are only valid in the currency of the country of purchase. They are not redeemable for cash or travellers’ cheques. If you require a refund where a gift card was redeemed partially or fully, the value will be refunded back onto a credit note. No change will be given for a purchase made with a credit note.
Happytel Retail Group credit note will expire within 6 months of purchase.
When the purchase total exceeds the available credit note balance, the cardholder will be required to make up the difference with an alternative form of payment, this includes Credit/Debit cards. Happytel Retail Group disclaims all responsibility for lost or stolen credit note receipts.
