We would like to be your preferred partner for smart device accessories and repairs by delivering the best advice, service, and convenience – at competitive prices. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, let us help you with an exchange, refund or other services.

You can return the product(s) within 28 days of purchasing the product for an exchange or a full refund. Simply bring the product to us with all contents and packaging, tax invoice or proof of purchase, and we will process your exchange or refund.

However, Happytel offers the 14 days’ change of mind exchange policy to give customers a great service experience from Happytel.

If the product is not in a good condition (un-used, packed, no damages or accidents), the offer will not be accepted.

  1. Promotion period: Offer valid from Saturday 1st January 2022 Thursday 31st March 2022. Offer only available at physical stores of Happytel, Phone Mania and Phone Adore in Australia & New Zealand.
  2. Only one voucher can be redeemed per customer in one transaction.
  3. The voucher can only be redeemed in-store.
  4. The voucher is only valid from 1/1/2022 until 31/3/2022 and can only be redeemed once per transaction, with a minimum purchase of $39 per transaction. Once redeemed, customers will need to surrender the voucher in-store to a Happytel staff member.
  5. Happytel voucher may not be exchanged (wholly or partly) for cash or another voucher.
    1. When you return/exchange an item, a receipt and the refund policy will take place through the Happytel procedure.
    2. Refund/exchange can happen, voucher will need to be redeemed on the spot. Happytel won’t reissue a new voucher again.
  6. Happytel vouchers are only redeemable with any Happytel, Phone Mania, Phone Adore stores in Australia and New Zealand.
  7. The value shown on the voucher includes GST.
  8. Should Happytel suspect any fraud relating to the voucher, Hapyptel may refuse to redeem the voucher until Happytel is satisfied that no fraud has occurred.
  9. Vouchers are not sold and are unable to be redeemed via the Happytel online store.
  10. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discounts and are only available on full-priced items.
  11. Vouchers are not redeemable for other vouchers and/or gift cards and are not available via the Happytel Online store.
  12. Happytel is not liable for any lost/stolen vouchers. Happytel will not be reissuing any replacement vouchers.
  13. Happytel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without any notice.
  14. Happytel reserves the right to change, limit or cancel this promotion at any time.
  15. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your rights at law and/or under the consumer guarantees which apply under the Australian Consumer Law / New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

Postal Repair Service

Loan Phone Service

Happytel Send-in-your-phone repair service provides customers with a Loan Phone Service if required.

A service fee of $30 is required. This will be refunded back once the loan phone is returned in its original condition.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to pay the cost of the repair or replacement in the event of damage or theft of the loan phone. The cost will be deducted from the deposit.

Free Part Replacement Offer

• Through the screen repair service, the device needs to be fully diagnosed in perspectives of its function.

• Screen lock passcode needs to be provided or disabled in order for technicians to perform full diagnosis (customers may choose to change the passcode to 00000)

• Free parts replacement offer will be in place when a further faulty issue is confirmed during the full diagnosis process (technicians need to access every function of diagnosis).

• Free parts replacement will be in place when a further faulty issue is confirmed of the following parts – Please note, the free parts replacement is only valid to screen repair customers:

  • Front Camera
  • Rear Camera
  • Charging Port (Dock Connector)
  • Battery (if battery health is under <80%) *Battery replacement offer is only valid for iPhone 6, 7, 8 series.

• Customers do not have to provide a screen lock passcode if they do not require the free parts replacement offer is needed on their device.

• The functionality of the device cannot be fully guaranteed if the passcode is not provided.

• $30.00AUD inspection fee may incur if the customer does not wish to proceed with the repair.

Website Repair Offer  

• Offer only available while stocks last
• Offer is only valid for repairs with an online quote email. Customers must show the email to redeem the offer
• The offer is not valid with any repair services that are not noted in the email quote
• The offer can only be redeemed at Happytel, Phone Adore and Phone Mania after the repair
• The offer must be redeemed immediately after the repair with the repair transaction
• The offer is not redeemable for cash or discount and cannot be exchanged

COVID-19 Products

Offer details:

*Products such as UV sterilizers, Hydroe Santisier spray, Protective surgical masks, Hand sanitizer. Will be available for purchase in-stores across Happytel, Phone Mania & Phone Adore stores across Australia and New Zealand.

Due to the high volume of demand and the current situation in Australia & New Zealand, Happytel cannot guarantee the availability of stock.

Refund policy:

Returns for this offer is not redeemable for cash, only for store credit.

Refunds for change of mind are not available on sale and promotional items.

  • Due to hygiene reasons,  we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind for the following products: Hydro-e Sanitiser sprays, Protective masks, and Hand sanitizer.
  • Applicable refunds or credit notes provided will only reflect the purchase price of the item as displayed on the receipt, rather than the original ticket price.
  • If you change your mind, sale or promotional items can be returned for a Happytel credit or exchange. All items including free gifts, must be still in their original packaging and not opened. A credit note will be valid for 6 months, a receipt must be provided to redeem in-store only.

Credit note policy:

Credit notes are only valid in the currency of the country of purchase. They are not redeemable for cash or travellers’ cheques. If you require a refund where a gift card was redeemed partially or fully, the value will be refunded back onto a credit note. No change will be given for a purchase made with a credit note.

Happytel Retail Group credit note will expire within 6 months of purchase.

When the purchase total exceeds the available credit note balance, the cardholder will be required to make up the difference with an alternative form of payment, this includes Credit/Debit cards. Happytel Retail Group disclaims all responsibility for lost or stolen credit note receipts.
